I am in the process of creating Progressive Web APPS to launch popular streaming services on a PC. A thought crossed my head, I hate streaming device as you really cant customize them the way you would like. My simple thought would be to have a transparent skin that presents the streaming apps(PWAs) to the user. My question is is there an appropriate skin that I could use to start this process? I would like to present the web apps as buttons, once launched maneuver with in the webapp and on exit bring you back to the skin. I really don't want the users(my family) interacting with the PC, but would like them to more or less be within the skin. Is this doable or am I nuts for going down this road? Thanks for your input and recommendations.
