The first time I downloaded rainmeter, everything went well and I downloaded three skins, the third one I didn't end up liking, but I couldn't get rid of it, rainmeter manager wouldn't even open anymore. I deleted the file and tried restarting but it still wouldn't leave. I ended up uninstalling rainmeter, it worked however, when I try to reinstall rainmeter the manager will no longer open.
After searching online for advice I tried deleting rainmeter, all it's leftover files, restarting, then reinstalling and clearing my trash bin. None worked.
